Andrew was the first agent, but he didn't help he complained about how long my paper was and asked how could he help when I sent the info and was trying to answer and he cut me off, he was to transfer me, after about 16 minutes I disconnected, but was unsatisfied with the call transfer to Alena, and it disconnected again using up my time-she was nice

The tutor helped me find the apa manual that my professor is always mentioning. This will definitely help with completeing homework, improving my grades by not getting marked off for not following the exact letter of the manual and will help me be more confident that my submission is done to the best of my ability.

Very helpful, it's very helpful to get feedback before submitting this project, I have already Received an A for the 4 parts separately, meeting expectations. But I want to be better and exceed expectations. But feel I was falling short of how the instructor was wanting it to show more depth. So I really appreciate the feedback before the final submission. Thank you!
