Career Experience
Although my tutoring experience began in high school, my work at my undergraduate university is the most poignant tutoring experience. For over a year, I was employed by the university to tutor student athletes in a variety of subjects (although I focused on Spanish, writing, and the Honors Program curriculum) in both 1x1 and group sessions. During this time I also tutored in essay writing for an online textbook/tutoring platform! I have worked in the field of writing (academic, editorial/opinion, analytical, and corporate related writing work) since 2016. Regardless of whether you are working on college essays, cover letters, or AP English assignments, I am here for you! Further, I have experience in MLA, Chicago, APA, and AP style guides (although am most familiar with the latter two).
I Love Tutoring Because
I love writing! Although I am excited to tutor other subjects as well, writing has always been a passion. From crafting my own works to reviewing work at the request of friends, everything about the writing process is exciting! I cannot wait to help guide you on your own writing journey (even if you personally do not like writing!) and aid you in creating the best work possible.
