Career Experience
I've got a lot of hands-on experience as an undergraduate research assistant, working on some pretty interesting projects in computational fluid physics, like vorticity field dynamics and rotating vortices. I've also worked as a teaching assistant and tutor, helping students solve tough problems, leading group discussions, and providing personalized support in physics and math. I loved creating a collaborative learning environment and seeing students grow more confident in their abilities. I also was honored with the 2024 Outstanding Tutor Award and I'm a proud member of Sigma Pi Sigma and the Society of Physics Students.
I Love Tutoring Because
I love tutoring because it lets me share my passion for physics and math while helping others tackle tough concepts. It's so rewarding to see that "aha" moment when something clicks for a student. Tutoring also keeps me on my toes and helps me deepen my own understanding, as each student brings their own unique questions and perspectives. Plus, I really enjoy the connections I build and the collaborative environment we create together. It's an incredibly fulfilling experience all around.
