I have spent the past 5 years tutoring students both in one-on-one or small group sessions and officially as a graduate teaching assistant. I have multiple academic software development projects completed as part of teams and have real-world software development experience on a web-based underwriting management program. Finally, I have software developing consultancy experience for scrapyard ERP software for a local scrapyard that was looking at in-house development options.
I Love Tutoring Because
I have always had a passion for helping people understand new concepts and learning new skills to better their lives and enable them to achieve their goals! Tutoring has been a fantastic gateway to enable that. Additionally, helping students through the stressful environment that is high school and getting them through what can seem insurmountable can be incredibly rewarding, for both me and the student, teaching them invaluable life lessons.
