Career Experience

I am a biomedical engineer with expertise in bioinformatics, neural networks, and molecular modeling. My career has focused on protein-ligand interaction analysis using tools like Autodock Vina, Chimera, and PyMOL. For my thesis, I investigated the interactions of the PEMT protein with compounds such as miltefosine and ketoconazole, gaining advanced skills in molecular simulation. Additionally, I have developed convolutional neural networks for pathology diagnostics, including a project on diabetic retinopathy detection that earned me first place at the Life Science Congress 2022. I have also served as a teaching assistant for courses such as biostatistics and numerical methods and have experience teaching in preparatory programs and high schools.
