Michael was very good I didn't find that they were having me do a lot of things when I was confused and that is what brought me here in the first place. I don't expect to be told the answer but sometimes if I am struggling with a problem it stresses me out to just be asked to know the answer so to speak. I do also think I understood this concept really well afterwards but it was a long time to get there.

i was under the impression this would be a zoom face to face with the tutor. Im taking a math class and i really need the interaction. i dont want to zap files back and forth so im highly disappointed. Micheal seems like a competant dedicated turor so this is no reflection on him. Not happy with straighterline and i will not recommend this to any of my colleagues who might want a more personal interaction. Im giving mIcheal a excellent score not straighterline

MCCC announced these individual sessions for tutor.com ,but as any other student Ignored these virtual help sessions because of prior virtual or online tutors who's help was not useful. Tutor.com has changed the game to a whole new level because this is my first time using this service and I am really impressed by the tutors help and those who really do care. I look forward to using these sessions from now on. My only criticism is that there is a limit on how many sessions a student can access I believe and this is quite difficult because I am a slow learner. Thank you.
