Career Experience
While at college, I worked in the writing lab where I would assist my peers with their writing. I graduated college and received my elementary education teaching certificate. I then worked as a paraprofessional for three years where I taught reading groups and worked with a variety of students. Then I became a K-12 guidance counselor for five years before becoming a stay-at-home mother to our three young children.
I Love Tutoring Because
I have missed teaching, assisting, and working with students since becoming a stay-at-home mother. Tutoring allows me to fill this missing part in my life while still fulfilling my at-home duties! I love helping students discover their potential and assisting them to solve problems or create a great piece of work!
