It's nice to know you really read these. I think it would be 100% better if you provided zoom link after the tutor connects. (I used another service and when the tutor connects they send you a zoom link. You had the option to show your camera which really helped since you could show them your work and what that calculator was showing and the tutor in return could show thing on the calculator as well). I think every tutor should be equipped with voice (calling) capability and not just chat and you shouldn't have to wait longer for that option. zoom options is the key! it also allows for screen sharing (even at the same time between tutor and student). Please add zoom link so that screen sharing and video can revolutionize the experience.
