Thanks Kanan for the help. One thing though try cutting back on writing on the board so much and let the student write out their thoughts. During the session I kept trying to write and you would start to write at the same time.

It was great overall the only issue i could point out is that it was difficult to draw on the whiteboard without a proper mouse the touch pad is difficult to use to draw, and i couldnt put exponents in the chat which would have been a little useful, but again an awesome session.

This tutor was really good! They helped me understand how to factor, as well as different techniques that help me get to my answer! I would say next time to have the student to solve more questions so they get a better understanding/practice for the equation. For example, my tutor said that the next step was to list out all of the GCF for the number, and before I could try to list them, they were already listing them before me. It was really helpful, but I just thought that it could've been helpful/extra practice if I was able to figure them out myself :)
