I really enjoyed the fact that it was chat based. I respect the fact that the sessions have to be recorded. However, the recording in progress pop up and timer were kind of stressful and I think that it would be better off up next to the end session button. Other than that, I have no suggestions. It was really easy for me to use and all my questions were answered!
