Please go through my previous tutor sessions. Maybe I misunderstood but thought I was guided to use only 1 equation to solve to see if a solution worked. I even asked, why do they give us 2 equations if we only need to prove 1 wrong. They answered, it's because the problem can be solved using several equations.
