I was working with a tutor before the session transferred me, and all of a sudden the tutor froze and all it said was that the tutor was drawing. I think there might have been some connectivity issues with the tutor's internet. Other than that, I thought the help I received was very helpful to me.

Took way too long, to the point where I forgot what I was doing. Kept asking same questions over and over even though I told him I did not know next step. I finally asked him if I should get another tutor and he finally moved ahead. Not good when you only have a certain amount of time and get mixed up with the steps.
