Though my background is in the financial and health services industries, teaching is what I enjoy doing. I have been working with students for over 10 years, and I have been tutoring students online for over 5 years. I have tutored classmates, students, and graduates in various subjects. As I work with students, I determine their learning style and use that learning style to translate complex concepts into practice exercises that they can easily understand. I take great pride in my profession and get very excited when students have an eye-opening experience in the classroom!

I thoroughly enjoy sharing my knowledge with others. I am thrilled when students finally understand a difficult concept after I have helped them. Observing students grow/develop in their understanding is one of the most rewarding experiences for me.

Metria is a very positive tutor and made me feel good, but when it came to helping me make changes to my essay, like giving me examples for good edits, she was not as thorough as I would have preferred. She paid attention to some but not all of my needs addressed. On my end of the matter, I could have mentioned them again but decided not to. It is important to be as specific as possible with your tutors- help them help you.

This is an amazing service that I believe is pretty underused. I use it as a way to 'polish' my final product because I trust the opinions of the staff.
