My tutor knew how to do the math, but it took forever to get through even one problem because typing and responding took a long time. Trying to draw on the white board using my computer with the keypad was also difficult. It would not let me use a sylus or my finger. Finally, without being able to verbally ask questions, the tutor didn't really understand what I wanted to know. I was able to complete the homework problem, but I didn't understand how I got to the final answer.
