I scheduled a call with someone who can do voice. Unfortunately, they were a no show. Bharathi helped me and although it wasn't as engaging w/o voice it worked. Bharathi did an excellent job walking me through and explaining the problem. She checked for my understanding at the end which was really good. I would like the option to do voice, especially when it's requested going forward. The tutor should have a cancellation period just as the student.
