Career Experience

I have been a science educator and practitioner for over 30 years, providing service to academic, military, governmental, and industrial institutions. During that time I gained experience in a variety of fields including device physics, petro-physics, software design, and alternative health-care. I spent two years as a Peace Corps volunteer in Ghana, West Africa, and ten years providing education to service members on-board U.S. Navy warships. Currently, I spend most of my time teaching a variety of subjects including, physics, astronomy, and biology.

I Love Tutoring Because

working with students one-on-one is a complete joy. There is nothing like helping students "see the light". Helping people develop as students is a privilege, and it is a responsibility I take very seriously.

I'm so so glad I came I used this service today! I was having a really hard time with a math problem, and usually I go to youtube but I couldn't find anything on it. The tutor helped me understand what I needed to do, and did not just give me the answer. They helped me work through the problem.
