This tutor was really patient, I think a lot of time can be wasted asking people what they already know in such a broad topic such as chemistry, even though you need to know what people already understand to build off of. Maybe there could be levels of chemistry based off of class being taken (because I had already taken 9th grade chemistry in 8th grade, I am now in 9th taking another level).

Tutor was a little slow when responding to my questions - not too slow that it impeded my learning, but I would get much faster response times with an in-person tutor. This could be because of a pay structure based on the length of the session (tutor tries their hardest to prolong the session) or just slow typing speed.
