There isn't a way to use the chatting option, it took an hour to communicate through text what could have been covered in 2- minutes, I'm more lost than ever and now I have to start again with a new tutor..?? I can't share snips to show the tutor where I'm stuck so I have to try and explain it through text. I have used screen sharing software. This is a 100% online program, how am I supposed to get real help!? Juan was fantastic. Super patient, but this is not a good system.
