My immediate first impression was that I recognize Darius from when I was working on an important application 2yr ago. I was trying to get in with Guide Dogs for the Blind and wrote an amazing cover letter with a hook that started with a dog taking a giant poo my first day volunteering with them. Turns out the job posting was fake. Anyways, I didn't ask Darius because the chances of me using this service again 2yr later and getting the same tutor are so slim, but having that feeling of recognition (real or not) still made for a more comfortable experience.
