I’m a parent who happened to stumble across this service on our neighboring library’s website. I connected with a tutor to ask questions on how to use it, and Victor answered those. I think more parents should know about this!! I will certainly spread the word, but I would also encourage you to find a way to make the public more aware. I will talk to our local library about printing info to have visible as check out. Also, I haven’t signed on through my laptop or iPad so this may be a feature elsewhere, but being able to submit a photo of something like a math problem would be very helpful to show a student’s work and demonstrate understanding.
