Career Experience
My 22 years of teaching experience include working with elementary, middle level and high school students, both in the classroom and tutoring settings. Most recently, I have been teaching middle school science, social studies and language arts classes (advanced and grade level) in a virtual school program. I am so excited, every day, for the opportunity to help students discover the most effective research strategies, great resources and exploration opportunities in the online setting.
I Love Tutoring Because
working with students in this small group/individual setting allows us to focus on the areas the students feel are most challenging to themselves, and we can better connect real world examples to the students' own experiences and the content being explored!
