I spent 15 minutes with Babak in a previous session. They took a long time to respond and ultimately said they could not help me. Thankfully they transferred me to another tutor. However, I waited over 20 minutes to be connected with another tutor. The system did not connect me and so I exited and tried again. I don't think there are enough tutors for my request at the moment so it would be nice to see times when most tutors are available as to not waste my time waiting to be connected. Thank you!

For the most part, I received very basic information that I already had so there was nothing new for most of it. I did appreciate the recommendation to use JSTOR as a source for academic resources and will use that in the future but it will still require very slow, tedious digging through irrelevant articles.
