The service its self is great but the GUI and features are highly outdated for the time. The chat feature should be changed to its on stand alone box on the side. Also the text boxes are very glitching when copy and pasting questions into the whiteboard.

Christopher was very nice patients and full of helping energy. He listened when I talked so that he understands where I needed the help. If I could only ask for him when I am doing math by hand, I would every single time! He took the time to make sure I had access to the right calculator to get my true answer and allowed me all the time I needed to get the answer right. That is a true person that wants to help.
