I have 26 years' experience in classroom teaching and facilitating online coursework in the social studies divisions of colleges and high schools. Additionally, I write curriculum and critique research. I love educational technology and am usually an early adopter of new software programs.

I enjoy helping students achieve academic success. I serve as mentor and guide as well as instructor and facilitator. I focus on helping students evaluate issues from various perspectives and think critically by applying concepts to real-world situations. With the proper motivation and support, all students can become good learners. Tutoring helps open the door to life-long learning. I'm happy to help students achieve their academic objectives.
