Hi Doven - thank you for your informative session. I like how you ensure that I am still listening and I understand by involving me in your content. The only criticism I have is that I would like a little more room to be able to construct the learning experience as well. It is very hard to do as a teacher to explore what the student knows and iron out knots but also let them take the lead sometimes. I will be better at negotiating that lead if you help to facilitate it too. I think this is an important skill for e-learning format.
