Career Experience
I have worked as a student tutor in the language department of my university since fall of 2019, helping college students of both languages with grammar, writing, and oral exam practice. My proudest accomplishment while working as a tutor was helping a classmate pass the Oral Proficiency Exam for French Education after several weeks of one-on-one practice sessions. I have also been involved with tutoring high school students in my spare time and have presented research at undergraduate conferences for the past three years.
I Love Tutoring Because
as the daughter of two educators, the gaining and sharing of knowledge has always been important to me. I thrive in the one-on-one environment of tutoring and enjoy seeing students understand concepts they have struggled with. I also enjoy sharing my love of words and language with everyone who will listen.
