The delay between me asking a question and response time from the tutor was really annoying. Something that could have been solved in 10 mins took an hour and it was because the response time from the tutor was so slow. It was as though the tutor was assigned to multiple people. I would have loved to have have help on a few more problems but the time ran out and it wasn't because it was very productive use of the whole time.
