My tutor was really helping but it's really hard to understand some material over chat. I still have trouble figuring out some stuff I asked due to chat tutoring. But my tutor was very nice and patient but I think I was the one having a hard time understanding my material.

My LCM question wasn't able to be answered by the tutor and she wasn't able to transfer me, unfortunately. This was my first time, so I didn't know to select audio in the beginning. I'm going to give this another shot and hopefully select audio and hopefully get my Q. answered. I'm just glad I'm the parent doing this and not my child. Still glad this service is being offered.
