Career Experience
I have a variety of experience both in person and online. I've been a substitute teacher, in an American public school, where I primarily worked one-on-one with students of special needs. I moved to China where I taught adults online in one-on-one and group lessons. After that I taught in person at an international preschool and did some work as an in-home private tutor. Due to the pandemic we moved online for several months where my fellow teachers and I created online content and had weekly video calls with the students.
I Love Tutoring Because
working as a tutor provides an opportunity to meet people of different ages with different experiences and perspectives. I often have a lot of fun learning about my students and how they think about or approach different subjects.
