My education includes a Doctor of Philosophy in nursing science and a master's in both exercise science and counseling. I currently work as an assistant professor after working 8 years as an emergency nurse. Before that I owned a fitness facility and worked as a personal trainer for 15 years.

I enjoy finding new ways to engage learners and making difficult material seem easier. I love tutoring because I love education, and with tutoring, we both increase knowledge.
