Career Experience
I have 15 years of experience in private tutoring/teaching students from elementary to graduate level. I have taught the following subjects: math- all levels (up to and including Calculus I), English/language arts, essay writing, and science-all levels (including biology, general chemistry, organic chemistry, and physics). I have also worked closely with Autistic students. I have spent the last 10 years specializing in SAT prep and college entry preparation.
I Love Tutoring Because
I love seeing the look on students’ faces when their confusion and frustration disappear; knowing that I had an active hand in helping them make the necessary connections for the “light bulb” to come on makes me feel fulfilled. Teaching/tutoring has always been my passion since I was in middle school. Tutoring/teaching has been one of the most fulfilling and challenging experiences of my life.
