The man who helped me,Joseph P, was very patient and relaxed with me. He explained in an easy and calm way, so I understood everything. he did not act strict, and when I did not get something, he would use another example to help me out. This tutor was effective and helpful. I would definitely recommend him to friends.

The program makes it IMPOSSIBLE to read because the tutor's work does NOT show up for me to read ERGO it takes additional time for the tutor to write it out manually. Sometimes the tutor underlines a term but there is NOTHING TO READ. This program needs an upgrade because it's costing me, the consumer, extra funds for a lowered rate of return. BTW, Joseph is PHENOMENAL (when I can see what he's written)

(yes/no) Do you want to delete the files submitted to this discussion? (yes/no) I submit ALOT of files for individual problems to my tutors so this would be helpful to clean out the clutter regularly.

tutor.com is great but I think they need to diagnose the student on the level of their understanding so they can be matched with a more compatible tutor. So far all the tutors I've had are amazing but some are definitely easier to understand than others.
