The white board feature is not so user friendly. the writing tool is a cross pointer which is just hard to write on the board effectively. the system feels very dated, 2000's-ish. Reminds me of AOL instant messenger. I wish there was a way to be able to write on the white board more efficiently and communicate with the tutor faster. my 1 hour session felt like it went by too fast
