Career Experience

I recently retired after a 27-year career in agriculture and have returned to college to pursue a degree in history, my true passion. I have been studying US and world history for more than 20 years, and am also a part-time writer. I am especially conversant in the history of the two world wars, the Cold War, and the Soviet Union, as well as American government and twentieth-century politics.

I Love Tutoring Because

I have always believed that a good education is the foundation for a successful life. I have been the recipient of a great deal of high-quality tutoring over the years, and now I want to "return the favor" and pass on what I've learned to a new generation of students. With such a wide variety of learning styles, I find tutoring is a wonderful way to tailor the learning experience to the learner.
