I've worked in a variety of research positions in academia, government, and industry. Some of the research topics have included experimental therapeutics and pathophysiology, oncology biomarkers, biochemistry and molecular genetics, neuroscience, bioinformatics and computational biology, and social media. I also worked as a teaching assistant for introductory statistics in graduate school.

I get to teach people and share my knowledge about a topic I love. I enjoy seeing information click when someone finally understands a topic he or she has been struggling with.
