Career Experience
First, I would like to say I begin each day by teaching 40 students how to find their inner superhero on a daily basis, while also teaching them academics. Throughout my 19 years of teaching, I have learned the importance of defining what works best for each individualized student, and what is causing an individual to struggle with academic content. I believe that, like a superhero, students need to train in order to learn. Many times, they need a more interactive learning atmosphere.
I Love Tutoring Because
it provides a more individualized opportunity for students to find their "kryptonite". What is it that is causing them to struggle? Once we find that barrier, we are able to help them truly succeed and become the superheroes they were meant to be.
