I'm a mathematician that has worked at my university for over a year as a tutor and for two years as a professor. I have been working with private students on and off for the last 6 years.

I Love Tutoring Because

assisting others in achieving their academic goals is something that I truly love. Sharing the knowledge that I have accumulated over the years is immensely rewarding for me. What I find especially fulfilling is the personalized environment of tutoring, where the progress and improvement in understanding can be seen more clearly than in a traditional classroom setting. As a tutor, I feel a sense of satisfaction in witnessing firsthand how my guidance and support can make a positive impact on someone's educational journey.

The tutor did a great job at gauging my understanding of concepts and helped refresh some rules. This allowed me to look at two similar problems. The first one he helped walk me through and lead me to the answer and the second one where I was leading using the rules we went over to approach the first problem.
