Career Experience
I've worked in a COVID lab as a lab assistant. I am currently working as a scientific aid to help to monitor the coastal and pelagic fisheries. I mainly work with market squid, Pacific sardines, Pacific mackerel, jack mackerel, and various types of tuna. I typically take the length & weight, determine if it's a male or female, and remove the ear bones called otoliths.
I Love Tutoring Because
it allows me to share my knowledge and skills with kids of all ages. I love witnessing a student's growth and progress first-hand, as I guide them through problems. I understand each student has their own unique way of learning, and if I can help to make learning fun and exciting for each student, it will bring me a deep sense of fulfillment.
