I was doing most of the talking and there wasn't enough explaining on this particular tutor part. I would have liked a little bit more help with some ideas. I get allot of anxiety when writing papers and I feel like I pretty much solved my own problem. With talk therapy on this one. Sorry don't mean to be the bearer of dissatisfied customer. I would still recommend that someone tries it anyway because they could get someone that could help them. I don't think it would be fair to assess this service based on one not-so-great experience.

I am having technical issues with video and audio. I have tried to do this interview 5 times now. I am able to connect video and audio, but the tutor and I cannot see or hear each other. I have contacted support before and followed all of their suggestions, but it's still not working. One of the tutors also let me know that many people were having these issues, and they were also using the Chrome browser, like I am, and that I could try using a different browser. So, I tried using the Edge browser, but it still doesn't work.
