I am having technical issues with video and audio. I have tried to do this interview 5 times now. I am able to connect video and audio, but the tutor and I cannot see or hear each other. I have contacted support before and followed all of their suggestions, but it's still not working. One of the tutors also let me know that many people were having these issues, and they were also using the Chrome browser, like I am, and that I could try using a different browser. So, I tried using the Edge browser, but it still doesn't work.
