I think sometimes the tutors don't realize that the people asking for help may not be as fluent in chem as the average student, it would be nice if they noticed if the student isn't getting it, they could go back a couple of steps..

I feel a lot of tutors can take too much time on one question. I am not criticizing this tutor though. This happens with a lot of tutors and our hours are limited. I think the tutors should come up with faster ways to explain problems so we do not run out of hours.

I did not have video or voice capabilities and that made it difficult to go through the problems. We only went through a very small amount of problems in the 72 minutes of tutoring. A lot of time was spent trying to type or white things on the white board. Mr. Alphonso was very understanding of the subject and easily helped me through my mistakes.
