Sometimes in my sessions, the tutors cut the session short and im only able to ask like one question...I don't really like having to got to 2 tutors just to get 1 or 2 questions answered..

when I try to send messages through the chat box, they keep lagging and sometimes won't even send, causing the tutor to have to end the session and I have to lose the number of sessions I have because of that

THIS TOOK FOREVER. this service is so helpful but its ridiculous he let it drag on for 54 minutes. I would use this so much more if the tutors would work more of the problem so it takes up less time.
