Career Experience

I have worked as a tutor, both online and in person, since 2001, and I have been tutoring solely online since 2008 in a variety of subjects, including English, writing, and social studies.

I Love Tutoring Because

it allows me to really share the love of learning with students one-on-one without having to negotiate around issues of power or classroom politics. I realize that, to many teachers, tutoring is considered a kind of helping profession designed to enable them to accomplish their pedagogical goals, but to me, not having the power of the grade book means having the freedom to invest in individual students and help them to really learn what they need to learn in order to become successful citizens.

My essay was 1800 words, however, I had to take paragraphs out in order to submit a file. I could only submit a file with 8k or less characters. consequently, the tutor was not able to review my entire paper. This should be lengthened to 15 characters

I feel like it's a bit overpriced - not saying that this wasn't helpful. this was totally helpful. Two reviews for one purchase would be nice; well I don't know the economics here so. Thanks anyway, this was very helpful.

Before this session, I always seemed to have problems with the connection - I kept disconnecting from tutors almost every time, but today everything went really well, and the tutor gave me very helpful feedback to help me with MLA formatting.
