Career Experience
I started teaching in high school by becoming a part of the peer tutoring system. After graduating college I taught math for 3 years in 7th and 8th grade. Then I moved to high school and taught Algebra, Geometry, Trig, and Algebra 2. After 10 years in high school mathematics, I decided to take a new direction with my teaching. I currently work with tutoring and I am loving every minute of it!
I Love Tutoring Because
I love seeing and hearing the ah-ha moments. I love the challenge of rewording complicated processes until a student is able to grab ahold of it and come out the victor. Truly, I enjoy working with those who are wanting to learn and better themselves. It is rewarding to me to help them in their journey.

So apparently my interview couldn't continue because I didn't see your sample session. I just looked at it - frankly, I just don't get why the interview couldn't been done. It was a straightforward video of a tutoring session. Really, not much different than interacting with chatbots and much easier than the online teaching I've done in the past. I find it very inconvient that my initial interiew was stopped in it tracks over something so trivial. Please reconsider your policy on this point.

I noticed that the Applicant Resource suggests on item that applicants prepare for the CII by using the template provided. As I read it as a suggestion, I did not use the template. Then, during my CII when I was asked to point out specific time stamps and the examples related to the tenets, I felt like I'd fare much better and calmer if I had prepared the full template. So, my suggestion would be to really encourage the applicants to fill the template with their notes and evidences.

Again, its compatible with all users. With all respect, the system looks very automated in a confusing way to the professionals and other users [Clients]. Suggestion [Not specific for this last user who answered me] - Try to put more people to answer the questions and watch out for inactive contact or FAQ contacts. Some emails are deactivated/not answering and the hiring process looks very confusing. I liked the approaches, but, this might bring risks to your business. If you guys need contact and help, I will be here to help.
