Career Experience
I started teaching in high school by becoming a part of the peer tutoring system. After graduating college I taught math for 3 years in 7th and 8th grade. Then I moved to high school and taught Algebra, Geometry, Trig, and Algebra 2. After 10 years in high school mathematics, I decided to take a new direction with my teaching. I currently work with tutoring and I am loving every minute of it!
I Love Tutoring Because
I love seeing and hearing the ah-ha moments. I love the challenge of rewording complicated processes until a student is able to grab ahold of it and come out the victor. Truly, I enjoy working with those who are wanting to learn and better themselves. It is rewarding to me to help them in their journey.
