I have taught high school levels of all kinds in the past 8 years including algebra 1, algebra 2, geometry, pre-calculus, and calculus as well as the Honors variations thereof. I have been tutoring privately since I was in high school some 14+ years ago and love to watch people finally "get" math.

I Love Tutoring Because

I love to see the light bulb (aha moment) go off. Nothing is better in life than when someone finally understands a new concept and is ready to take it on.

I was very happy that my tutor was able to explain how the answer was achieved by going step by step with me and even changing the format of the answer to a different format so that I understood how it could be converted.

It was just a hard problem and I feel that the tutor should have used a regular calculator not the one provided in the program. But overall it was fairly good
