Not a technical difficult as outlined in the options but this tutor took too long to help solve problems when i told him that i had three problems to go over; he did not time manage well and he kept drawing illegibly on the board even after I asked that he type instead. I couldnt read most of what was put up there and I told him so.

This tutor gave the perfect balance of asking questions but knowing when to take over and guide the conversation by giving more insight and information into the question. I do think it would be beneficial to implement some way we can download/save the chat because there is a lot of information there that takes a lot of time to write down and keep up with so I would rather be more engaged knowing I won't lose the conversation when the meeting ends
