Career Experience
I have worked as a TA in a biology research course helping students succeed during their independent research projects. I also worked in multiple entomology labs studying various types of insects, from dragonflies to corn rootworm pests to flies that are only active in the winter. I've also worked for my local government to develop outreach events and children's day camps that educate the public on water resources.
I Love Tutoring Because
I love helping students achieve their learning goals. It is incredibly rewarding when I can help a difficult subject become understandable to a student. Teaching is also one of the best ways to learn, and I'm always learning new things from students.
