Good tutor. The tutor allow me to show what I know first, and then corrected me on each step when I got it wrong. I was struggling with these question but it was really with this tutor. Got what I needed. Good tutor.

The audio feature and white board are so valuable but they only work well if they are in conjunction. I'm already trying to understand how to read the problem having to read what the tutor says makes it hard to learn. no fault of the tutor but their audio didn't work and it was hard to follow without being really frustrated. I used almost an hour out of my acct and solved two problems. he did as good as he could.

I see that the teachers are really willing to help. The only problem is that all. of. them. make every question a 20-hour problem. The reason I don't enjoy this resource is not because it's not helpful, but because it takes time to do the questions (so I guess there is nothing wrong with the service, but make every effort to go straight to the point.)

I wish we can have more extended time because as you get started, it takes time, and time is going. Plus, it won't allow the tutor to solve more problems that the student doesn't understand.

My tutor, Juan, was amazing and wonderful! He clearly explained all of the problems I was struggling with and simplified the equation when I didn't understand it. There were a lot of typos in this tutor session, almost like someone using their phone to for the text and while I was still completely able to figure out what he was saying, it still just made it more complicated when working with a confusing topic already.
