This tutor (Ralph) was extremely knowledgeable about the subject I needed help on. He even quizzed me by asking me a few questions. He was able to explain the answer to my question to me in very simple terms so I could understand it, and confirmed my reiteration of the answer; I explained to him what I understood that he had told me and he corrected me where my thinking was wrong, was very patient, and helped me through all of my problems/confusion. This is the first time I have ever used this tool, and it was very easy, user-friendly, and definitely increased the likelihood that I will be using it again in the future.
