TYPES OF TRANSPORTATION AVAILABLE TO CAMPUS

The Raleigh/Durham International Airport is located 1 hr from campus. The Fayettville Airport is 30 minutes from campus. Both provide daily flights to the area. Shuttle services to and from the Raleigh/Durham International Airport is provided to international and on-campus students during the beginning and end of school, and during holidays. Prospective students and families may also be accommodated by the shuttle service when flying to the area. A five-day notice is preferred. Greyhound provides a second means of transportation with daily busing into Dunn. Amtrak is another option for visitors and students, providing services to Raleigh and Fayettville.


DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS TO CAMPUS

FROM THE NORTH: Take I-95 south to exit 79 (Benson). Follow N.C.27 west into Buies Creek. FROM THE SOUTH: Take I-95 north to exit 73 (Dunn). Follow U.S. 421 west into Buies Creek. The entrance is approximately fifteen minutes from Dunn. FROM THE EAST: Take I-40 to I-95 south. Follow I-95 south to exit 79 (Benson). Take N.C. 27 west into Buies Creek. FROM THE WEST: Visitors can choose several routes to reach the campus. Take N.C. Route 27 or U.S. 421 to Lillington. Guests may also take I-40 to U.S. 401 south into Buies Creek.

LOCAL ACCOMMODATIONS

Dunn (10 mins) offers numerous hotels and inns convenient to campus. The two most popular are the Jameson Inn (901 Jackson Rd., 910-891-5758) and Holiday Inn Express (910-892-4400). Reasonably priced, the Jameson offers a fitness center, outdoor pool, and complimentary deluxe continental breakfast. Holiday Inn Express of Dunn is conveniently located at the intersection of I-95 and US 421. At a moderate price, they offer an on site fitness center, as well as a complimentary continental breakfast. Just a bit further at exit 79 off I-95 is a Days Inn (910-894-2031).
